Parking Enforcement Division
Our company provides parking lot management for numerous shopping centers and building owners throughout the El Paso area. The work we perform is quite simple and basically provides the owner of the property a method to observe and control the vehicle traffic within the shopping center or office building. We provide the parking lot services to shopping centers, offices, and industrial buildings.
What we do and why we do it
The goal of booting and towing is to decrease the number of unauthorized vehicles parking in private parking lots. It is about protecting parking spaces and capacity for people who are doing the right thing—parking in the proper spaces and respecting time limits as a customer or employee of the business at a property.
The function of our parking enforcement program is essentially customer service for the tenants of the shopping center, office building or other facility.
Boots are highly visible and act as a deterrent for other would-be violators and reduces poor parking habits. It is a firm but fair reminder from the property management team that the parking rules will be enforced.
Booting reduces the quantity of vehicles towed away from the shopping center. Booting also prevents the inconvenience of customers and employees from being blocked in a parking space by a tow truck while an unauthorized vehicle is being removed.
Law enforcement officers and parking attendants strive to ensure that only vehicles with the appropriate handicap permits or plates park in designated handicap spaces.
The presence of law enforcement officers and parking lot attendants reduces the occurrence of criminal actions, including urinating, vomiting on or around the building, burglary of vehicles, robbery and random acts of violence and assault. All suspicious activity is immediately addressed by an on-site police officer. This additional security creates a positive parking experience for legitimate customers parking in the lot. With our presence, illegal activities have been thwarted by our law enforcement officers, creating a safer haven for customers, and employees of the properties.
